1.1 Definitions
- Service: any website build, web application, invoicing software, NFC card, NFC stand, link page, link hub, business card design or other item we provide under an agreed quote or order.
- Platform: the tools and systems we run, including our business card generator, link manager, link hubs, invoicing software and tap analytics.

- Customer Material: content that you supply to us, such as your logo, photos, client names, phone numbers, text and documents.
1.2 Using this site
You may browse this site and use the Platform tools for your own business. You may not use the site or the tools to send spam, to break the law, to harm other people, or to interfere with the site, our servers or other customers' services. We may suspend or remove any page, link, card or account that breaks these rules.
1.3 Quotes, prices and orders
- Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Web sites and apps are listed per year, and one-time items are listed as stated.
- The final price for your project is the price in the written quote you accept. A quote becomes binding when you accept it in writing or pay a deposit.
- We may ask for a deposit before work begins and for the balance when the work is delivered.
- Prices do not include taxes, third-party fees (such as domain names, app store fees or payment processor fees) or extra work requested after the quote was accepted. We will tell you about extra costs before we do the work.
1.4 Annual services and renewal
- Annual services start on the date agreed in your quote and renew for another year unless you cancel.
- We will remind you by email at least 30 days before a renewal charge.
- You can cancel before a renewal date by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year.
1.5 Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once we have started work on your project.
- Annual fees already paid are not refunded for the year in progress.
- If we cannot deliver a service we agreed to, we will refund the part of the fee that covers work we did not do.
1.6 Your responsibilities and Customer Material
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use all Customer Material you give us.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your cards, link pages and invoices, including client names, phone numbers, prices and tax amounts.
- You must keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for anything done with them.
1.7 Delivery and approval
We will show you a preview or proof before a design, page or document goes live. You are responsible for approving it. Once you approve it, we may publish it or print it as agreed.
1.8 Availability
We work to keep the site and services running, and we keep regular backups of the data we store for you. We cannot promise the site will always be available, because it depends on internet providers, hosting providers and other services that are outside our control. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
1.9 Warranties
We provide each Service with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated in these terms or in your quote, we make no other promises about the results of a Service. For example, we do not promise any specific number of visitors, sales, reviews, search rankings or sign-ups.
1.10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data that you did not back up yourself, or indirect or consequential losses.
1.11 Ending the relationship
Either side may end a Service by written notice. If we end the Service because you broke these terms, fees already paid are not refunded. When a Service ends, you may ask for a copy of your Customer Material within 30 days.
1.12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to new orders straight away and to existing annual services at their next renewal.
1.13 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking, it will be decided in the courts of New Jersey.

2.2 Information about taps and visits
- Tap counts: for each link or button on a link page or hub, we count the number of taps for each day.
- Tap times: we record the time of each tap, so that the business owner can see when taps happened.
- Where the visit came from: we record whether a visit came from a link that was previewed in our tools or from a link that was copied. This is kept as a count, not linked to any person.
- What we do not store: our database does not hold your IP address, your browser or device details, or your name when you tap a link.
2.3 Server logs
Our web host keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. These logs can include an IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and the browser type. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors, and we do not link them to the tap records described above.
2.4 Cookies

They may use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
2.7 How long we keep information
- Enquiries and project records: for as long as needed to deliver and support the work, and for up to three years after the work ends, unless the law requires longer.
- Tap counts and tap times: for as long as the link page or hub is active, so that the owner can see their history. They are deleted when the endpoint is deleted.
- Server logs: kept by our host for a limited period set by the host.
2.8 Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@nfctap.xyz. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
2.9 Security
